We will start by ensuring your organization is properly enrolled in the PRD. We will guide you through the simple process of designating BlueCavu as your company’s proxy, and can then begin the process of entering pilot records.
We can work with pilot records in any format and enter them into the Pilot Records Database. Whether your records are digitally stored or in paper format, we will develop a process that creates minimal additional work for your company.
BluCavu has created record management software to crosscheck all pilot records before they are entered in the PRD. This software not only increases the speed and efficiency of records entry, but also reduces records errors prior to PRD submission.
BluCavu’s software securely connects to the FAA database through an Application Programming Interface (API). This allows for automatic upload of records, without the need of manual entry.
As BluCavu develops a plan to enter your records into the Pilot Records Database, we will also audit your historical data to check for inaccuracies and missing data. If records are discovered to be missing, we can work with you to recover them.
BluCavu can also monitor upcoming training and checking requirements for your pilots and provide reminders if requested. This adds an extra level of security to ensure your pilots stay current.
